Send an email to refurbish@shoestores.com with your name and mailing address and we will send you a Mephisto refurbish bag in the mail. After receiving the kit you may then choose your refurbish option and send your shoes in to Mephisto for refurbishment.

Mephisto manufacturing plants are located in France and Portugal. All Mephisto shoes are handcrafted and each pair of Mephisto shoes is handled by 140 different individuals during its manufacture. Great fit has always been one of the main focuses of Mephisto and has be attributed to much of the company's success. Superior fit is the result of function-oriented design, advanced production technology and precision -shaped lasts. Only top-quality materials are used to produce top-quality shoes. For this reason Mephisto Cheaper leathers are not suitable for Mephisto products.
